XXL Space Share gives you a view of your stock without walking the warehouse. Everything we receive is counted in, assigned to a zone and recorded against your account, so you can open the platform and see what you have, where it is sitting and how much of it is left.

Stock moves are recorded as our team completes them — goods received, goods picked, batches shifted between zones. Each movement is tied to the job that caused it and the photos taken at the time, which means a number on your screen can always be traced back to the work that produced it.

Because the count is kept per batch and per zone, you can plan a collection knowing which goods will be picked, and check our records rather than working from memory. Movement history stays on the platform across all three warehouses — Puchong, Rawang and Senai — so the story of a batch is there whenever you need it.
